Breaking up with someone you love the most is not an easy task to do... but if u really felt abused with that person what reason for you to stay.... tama na time for you to move on and look for the lighter side of life.... Now here are some tips after break up somehow it will help you...

Yes. breaking up is hard to . we've all gone through it, we've all cried and thought it would never end. But life must go on and it actually gets much better...

1. AVOID CALLING EACH OTHER because the more you call the better change of you two to be in love again.

2.AVOID YOUR EX the quickest way to get over him or her is to simply AVOID. Do not talk to or come into contact with your ex.

3. BE STRONG remember that you can't change people. You can only change yourself. DO not hold yourself responsible for anything your ex did.

4. DON'T BLAME YOUR SELF do not try to find out whose fault it was remember that it was both of you who made, and it took both of you to brake it, you were both equally responsible.

5.HAVE FAITH k and pray about it every on often. Most people don't get what they want from God Because they give up their faith at the first sigh of something going on wrong.. remember that everything takes times.
